Author of Altar Boy, a Story of Life After Abuse. An enthusiastic, committed, creative professional who is passionate about making a lasting difference for children. Spent over15 years campaigning for the safety, welfare, and protection of children and was the first person in Ireland to go public about clerical child sexual abuse in 1995. Persistent campaigning since then contributed to the Commission of Investigation and subsequent Murphy Report into the handling of such abuse in the Archdiocese of Dublin over the period 1975 to 2004. The Report was published in November 2009.
